The Colorado QuitLine Program

The Colorado QuitLine is an online service available FREE to all eligible residents. When you become a member, a team of support coaches, research-based information, and a community of others trying to live tobacco free. Our coaches are available to discuss overcoming common barriers, such as: dealing with stress, fighting cravings, coping with irritability, and controlling weight gain.

We also offer a free telephone service, so you can speak to a coach in person. Through the telephone program you can receive a free supply of patches, gum or lozenges. Coaches determine if you are eligible to receive the patches, gum or lozenges. Contact a coach at 1-800-QUIT-NOW (784-8669)

What if I don't qualify for the Program?

You must be a resident to participate in the program. To qualify for nicotine patches, gum or lozenges, you must be 18 years of age or older. It may also be helpful to discuss quitting tobacco with your doctor.

How do I enroll in both the online and telephone program?
